About Us
Built on a foundation
of dedication
5 Star Show Goats was founded with a single conviction: that exceptional animals are the product of intentional choices, not chance. Every goat in our program is selected for genetic merit, conformation, and the temperament that wins in the show ring.
Based in Lu Verne, Iowa, we work closely with a network of breeders across the Midwest to share proven genetics and proven techniques. Whether you're entering your first show or building a championship bloodline, we bring the same standard of care to every animal and every client.
Our approach combines traditional husbandry with modern genetic evaluation. We track performance data, prioritize structural correctness, and maintain the nutrition and health protocols that keep animals at their peak during competition season.
